Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Q&A Circle. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

  1. Acceptance and eligibility: you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account or using Q&A Circle, you agree to these Terms.
  2. Your content: you keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Q&A Circle a license to display, distribute, and store your content on the platform so other users can see it.
  3. Attribution: questions and answers are publicly attributed to the profile of the user who posted them, unless and until that user deletes their account, per our Privacy Policy.
  4. Prohibited conduct: no spam, harassment, illegal content, or impersonating another person, and no scraping or systematically extracting data from the site without our permission.
  5. Moderation: we may remove content or suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. If you believe an action taken on your account was a mistake, you can appeal by contacting hello@qandacircle.com.
  6. Not professional advice: answers on Q&A Circle are peer opinions from other users, not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for decisions that need one.
  7. Copyright: if you believe content on Q&A Circle infringes your copyright, contact hello@qandacircle.com with details and we will review it.
  8. Limitation of liability: Q&A Circle is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for advice or content posted by users, or for damages arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent the law allows.
  9. Disputes: we have not designated an exclusive venue or governing law for these Terms at this time. If a dispute arises, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it directly before treating it as a formal legal matter.
  10. Sponsorships: paid placements are labelled "Sponsored", run for 30 days after we approve them, and never affect answers, moderation or tool rankings. We review each one within 2 business days of payment. If we can't accept a sponsorship, we refund it in full. If we take down a live placement for a reason that isn't the sponsor's fault, we refund the unused days pro rata. There's no refund when a placement is removed because of the sponsor's content or link. Payment disputes go through PayPal. Full details: /sponsor.
